I wasn't sure where else to put this so put in off topic.

I am looking to get the Kakewalk Pro configuration, with 10.68+. I specifically need it to run Logic music production software.

3 questions I would love answers to:

1) Does the audio work perfectly in this configuration? Are there any known issues or difficulties. As this is the primary reason i am buying this system?

What happens with the sound card?

2) Is the on-board sound good enough?

3) Could I just plug the Apogee duet in through a firewire port and have it work as expected?
