Support requests are listed below. As you can see, each has a 'status' that is created by adding a pre-determined status tag to the request (through the request edit screen). The Converse theme comes with 3 defined status flags - 'New', 'Pending' and 'Resolved' - however you can change these, and add more if you'd like. See the theme documentation for instructions on how to do this. Note that requests without a status tag have a default status of 'Uncategorized'.
