What about sandy bridge?
  • Will it be possible to install OSX on a sandy bridge based computer?
Can the onboard grafx (intel hd3000, hd2000) be used? .... That would be cool. Builts for 300 bucks would possible...

Will there be a Kakewalk "Sandy bridge edition"?
  • I would say there will be soon, however.. it's will take time as the new Mac's are only just out running Sandybridge and the other implementation to consider is the DSDT's for the sandybridge boards. I have a 2600K running on a Gigabyte P67A-UD7 with os x using a few patched up methods but a bit of a pain in the arse as it's not as stable as i would like. Going to wait for the Kakewalk install as it's the only method (and i've tried them all) that really works for me. Hope it's coming soon ;)
  • Hi there! Any news about sandy bridge support? Plenty of us are waiting to be supported Gigabyte H67M motherboards. Hope to get any feedback from you guys. Cheers
  • Sandy Bridge support is available now, see http://www.kakewalk.se/compatibility/

On-board HD3000 support is available with a bootloader update.
